- Customer must supply a color photo
(digital 300 dpi preferred or 8"x10" standard)

Terms of Duplication Service
- Before a
master, photo, artwork, or copy leaves the
clients possession, the client should have a
safety copy of the master and each item, so
that these items can be replaced should they
be lost or damaged.
- Every effort
will be made to return all material to
client, but no guarantee is expressed or
implied.
- Prices are
subject to change without notice.
- Client
should provide his own insurance coverage as
our policy does not provide protection for
client's materials or parts in our
possession.
- White Horse
Recording specifically denies liability for
any damage or loss resulting from fire,
casualty, or negligence while the client's
materials are in our care, control, or
possession.
- All
duplication orders are subject to 10% over
or under run.
- Customers
will be billed for actual quantities
shipped.

Horse Recording will do everything possible
to meet acceptable delivery dates, such as
may have been quoted or acknowledged by our
representatives or literature, these are
only estimated dates of delivery. White
Horse Recording disclaims liability for
delays in delivery or any other part of
production.

Duplication fees
are due 50% upon order and 50% upon proof
approval.
