Brief Mission Statement

White Horse Recording is not just a Christian owned and operated Digital Recording Studio and Media Development Center, although this is it's primary function. Our goal is to support Christian Recording Artists and related personnel any way we can, to further their individual ministry goals and further the spread of The Gospel.

This Facility was birthed when we set out to record the first project for our group. When searching for a studio to record in we found that they had good quality and outrageous prices or low quality and high prices. We had a limited budget and wanted a good project. We eventually used our tax returns and borrowed money to complete the project in a medium quality facility which cost us $1500 plus, to get our first 200 cassettes on the table. We had even played the music ourselves to avoid the high cost of studio musicians. Throughout the project we had no one to ask questions that we could trust. We felt that there needed to be more support for Christian recording artists at all levels and especially in providing high quality recording at an affordable price. That is what the Lord placed on our heart, and is what White Horse Recording is all about. Here a group or artist can get the same package we paid $1500 for in the early 90's for half the cost.

Thankfully the musicians used here at White Horse are Christians and reflect that in their pricing of services. If we can't aid you in your ministry we hope to refer you to someone who can. White Horse Recording is located in Nortonville Kentucky and is owned by Dennis Piper.
